Size cages for an Eclectic Parrot?

at Lest 3 feet long is good but you want the cage to be high as Eclectus parrots love to climb and will enjoy it better. just keep in mind how often the bird will be out of the cage. the rule of thumb is the parrot should be able to open its wings to full span with out hitting the cage wall all the way around.
