I absolutely love Free People Clothing Boutique and I think it is exactly the style you are looking for- the clothes is wonderful and I would suggest signing up for their magazine because it is really a fashion "look book" with great ideas. The stuff is a little pricy though so I like to get ideas and then look for similar things at places like Charlotte Ruse.
