Help with wicca......?

Legally you need to be 18 or older before one can accept you as a student or member of a group. Advice? 1. Read everything, and discard what doesn't feel 100% right. 2. Wicca is not about spells, nor magic it is a Polytheistic RELIGION. We believe in 2 or more deities and honor them. It is not "nature worship" nor "sky-clad orgies." 3. You need more than 4 months before you can dedicate yourself. The rule of thumb is a year and a day of intense study before you are allowed to even think of being dedicated. This is a life choice, not something that can be put on one day and taken off the next. You will be a life time student as well as teacher as you go along. That is my advise. Take longer to research before getting too far into this. If you mother IS 150% fine as you say, I would suggest you have her read along with you so there are no misunderstandings. Also Scott Cunningham is a much better beginners book. It is easy to understand and very informative. Solitary practitioner is a good place to start.
