How Do I Get My Cousin and I Out Of This Situation?

i need help. about 2 weeks ago i lost 50 dallors. i was sad. then i told me cousin (M) about it. then at school i knew this kid that smokes cigarettes so we went and bought a pack from him.my cousin (M) and i smoked one cigarette to try it out nd promised each other that we will never do it again. my cousin (M) nd i , we sell 2 cigarettes for 5 dallors to make some pocket money and we spend it on lunch. on friday i gave (M) 2 cigarettes to hold for me nd return it on monday for me so we can sell it. now (M's) mom has alot of contact from the school nd she found out. (M) told his mother the same extact thing im typin right now and we are in deep shyt. now (M's) mom didnt talk to me yet but when she does, i want (M) nd i to get out of this problem. now i need ur help to give me some ideas or some slick ways to talk to her to get away with it . plz help us . thanks
